Products honored by the CES Innovation Awards Program

Blood pressure monitors, prosthetic limbs and smart glasses for surgeons were among the products honored by the CES Innovation Awards program at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

CES, which takes place Jan. 8-11, is one of the largest consumer technology conferences worldwide. Each year the conference selects honorees in various categories — including accessibility, fitness and wearables — as part of its CES Innovation Awards program, which “celebrates outstanding product design and engineering in brand-new consumer technology products.”

Here are 17 of the healthcare-related honorees, listed in alphabetical order by developer:

1. BrainCo: BrainRobotics, a smart prosthetic hand

2. Genius Holdings: ezOxygen, a smart breath checker

3. Healbe: GoBe2 Nutritionist Cabinet, a health and wellness monitoring wristband

4. Healsy: A personalized glycemia predictive system that uses artificial intelligence

5. Koovea: K-Hub, a smart temperature-tracking device for sensitive products, such as medicines and organs

7. L’Oréal and Epicore Biosystems: My Skin Track pH, a wearable sensor that measures the pH levels of a user’s skin

8. Migu: Migu Smart Scale, a smart weight scale that measures a user’s heart rate and cardiac index

9. Muse: Muse 2, a brain-sensing headband that monitors a wearer’s heart, breathing and body movement

10. Optima Molliter: Motus Smart, a wearable foot device that monitors diabetes patients’ compliance with clinicians’ offloading protocol

11. Owlet Baby Care: Owlet Band, a wearable stomach device that helps pregnant women track the health of an unborn child

12. Pillo Health: Pillo Health Companion, an in-home smart health assistant
