We wanted to let our customers know that we are working hard to ensure continued support for Quell customers during this unprecedented time.
To provide a safe working environment for the company’s manufacturing and distribution teams, the engineering, clinical, marketing, and administrative employees are working remotely. Our supply chain is robust, and inventory is secure to ensure an uninterrupted supply of Quell devices and electrodes. Our goal is to continue to ship all orders within one business day, but we want our customers to be aware that there may be some delays due to the high volume of medical supplies being shipped nationwide.
We are grateful for the healthcare providers working on the front line of the pandemic, and our thoughts are with those personally affected.
