In another first for the pain relief device category, Quell introduces Therapy Coach. This feature on the Quell Relief App motivates you to reach your pain relief goals by allowing you to set personal goals, track use and earn badges for progress.
Therapy Coach also includes daily tips on how to optimize your pain relief journey and motivational messages. The following is an overview of its features.
We recommend a goal of completing at least three therapy sessions a day. Research shows that consistent daily use of Quell yields the best results. You will earn a green check mark each time you complete a therapy session today.
Keeps track of how many days in the past 30-days you have hit the target of at least 3 therapy sessions. It also highlights streaks and usage patterns.
You earn badges for completing certain milestones and exploring new features. Your most recent badges are shown on the Therapy Coach screen.
Includes inspirational message and new ways to think about managing pain, reminders to complete pain ratings, new app features to explore and an option to connect with other Quell users.
Setting goals can increase your motivation to stick with daily therapy. You can choose from a list of common goals and also create your own.
Plus Weather Alerts
Now available to all Android and iOS users. With weather notifications, Quell automatically detects weather changes that may worsen your pain and adjusts therapy appropriately.
